Special orders may take UP TO 12 WEEKS to arrive. Buyer agrees to measure passageways and ensure sufficiency of all installation requirements before ordering. Seller is not responsible for mishaps in preparation, displeasure of comfort or unmet expectations. A $75 service fee will be applied if services cannot be completed due to such instances. Delivery personnel reserve the right to determine manageability of all situations. Requesting movement of items, not purchased from the seller, must be made at the time of purchase and is subject to additional fees. Seller does NOT install dishwashers, venting appliances, wall ovens, surface units, air conditioners, gas appliances, ice maker water lines or alter any aspect of your home beyond any written description itemized on this order.

A minimum fee of 50% of the pre-tax order subtotal will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on seller-approved returns, exchanges or cancellations. Surcharges (including delivery fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. All returned checks are subject to a $35 service charge. Seller makes no warranty beyond the manufacturer warranty. Items sold “As-Is” retain NO warranty. LAYAWAYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. Buyer agrees to complete payments on schedule. Seller regains ownership of merchandise not picked up/delivered within 12 months from the order date. Buyer assumes ALL liability associated with transit AND installation of picked up merchandise.
