There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Availability of merchandise is estimated according to the manufacturer when the order is written. Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise caused by manufacturer’s scheduling, production delays, transportation difficulty or any other instance beyond the control of the seller. Special orders may take UP TO 12 WEEKS to arrive. Buyer agrees to measure passageways and ensure sufficiency of all installation requirements before ordering. Seller is not responsible for mishaps in preparation, dissatisfaction with comfort or unmet expectations. A $75 service fee will be applied if services cannot be completed due to such instances. Delivery personnel reserve the right to determine manageability of all situations. Requesting movement of items, not purchased from the seller, must be made at the time of purchase and is subject to additional fees. Seller does NOT install dishwashers, venting appliances, wall ovens, surface units, air conditioners, gas appliances, ice maker water lines or alter any aspect of your home beyond any written description itemized on this order.


A minimum fee of 50% of the pre-tax order subtotal will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on seller-approved returns, exchanges or cancellations. Surcharges (including delivery fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. All returned checks are subject to a $35 service charge. Seller makes no warranty beyond the manufacturer warranty. Items sold "As-Is" retain NO warranty. LAYAWAYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. Buyer agrees to complete payments on schedule. Seller regains ownership of merchandise not picked up/delivered within 12 months from the order date. Buyer assumes ALL liability associated with transit AND installation of picked up merchandise. No exchange or refund will be given for damages/errors incurred by the buyer. Seller is not liable for any damages to the merchandise or personal property after delivery/pick up. Buyer agrees that delivery/pick up were completed to satisfaction.
