As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (706) 492-3071 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

We take the care of your products very seriously and, as the final step in the furniture-buying process, we know that you do too. This is why we provide our customers with the most professional and satisfying final-mile services around.

We currently offer three methods of receiving your product order:


If you'd like to pick up your order, you may do so by paying us a visit in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. It's absolutely FREE to do so and we'll happily assist in loading and securing the item(s) on your vehicle. Visit Our location page for more details on how to find us.


Fully packaged from the supplier and ready to deliver to your residence.

  • Our delivery personnel will deliver your item(s) and place them on the exterior of your home
  • 2-hour time window provided upon scheduling


  • Placement of item(s) inside your home
  • Unpacking or unwrapping your item(s)
  • Debris clean-up and removal
  • Piece-for-piece removal of the item(s) being replaced
  • Any necessary assembly


Relax. We'll take care of everything. Our delivery personnel are highly trained to ensure that all items arrive damage-free and are safely placed inside the home. Unless specifically refused, all products undergo our "4-Tier Quality Assurance" measures to eliminate any unwanted surprises. Our Premium In-Home Delivery is available on any purchase within a 200-mile radius of our showroom.

  • Quality inspection of your item(s) using our 4-Tier Quality Assurance Measures
    • Tier 1: Every piece of every product received in our warehouse is un-packaged, cleaned, inspected, pre-assembled (if applicable) and operationally tested for defects. (excludes appliances which are tested in the factory.)
    • Tier 2: Products are then moved to a new warehouse where they will be in a safe atmosphere awaiting delivery or pick up.
    • Tier 3: When a product is being picked up or loaded onto our delivery truck (that’s right, not someone else’s delivery truck), one final inspection is made before being wrapped and secured for transit.
    • Tier 4: When we arrive at your home, and if necessary, the product(s) is protected using blanket wraps and door jamb protectors to ensure a safe transition into the home.
  • 2-hour time window provided upon scheduling
  • Items placed in the room of your choice...even up or down stairs
  • Professional in-home assembly of your items (if applicable)
  • Relocation of the item(s) being replaced (piece-for-piece) to another room or outside (if applicable)
  • Hassle-free debris clean-up and removal
